Some people find a lot of information from banners on the street useful and informative, while most people are irritated by them.
X-banners are scattered all over the street in South Korea.
They contain a lot of information such as advertisements to market products or to announce upcoming events. Such information is valid for a while. So, the lifetime of X-banners are rather short.
The information on street banners, here in the form of the chair, can be interpreted in a poetic way. Such x-banners now give people comfort after being used like tree becomes a tree stump as a chair for people.
